Never worn black blazer from Forever 21. Has two pockets and button details on the front, and a belt with belt loops. Sleeves are elbow to 3/4 length depending on how long your arms are, and it hits right at the waist. 96% cotton and 4% spandex for the perfect amount of stretch, and can be machine washed. Size small but fits more like an XS, which is typical for Forever 21.
