This skirt is stunning. Waist measures 12” when flat, but there is some stretch so it could go up to 25 inches. this brand runs small, so this would likely be a size 0. gorgeous lace detail with a side zipper. Fully lined with nude fabric. Measures 19 inches long at the longest part, lining goes to about 16 inches. Never worn. This was a gift to my daughter. She took off the tags and it was too small for her. Her loss is your gain!
