NWOT Flutter sleeve shirt dress

So cute and SOFT and stretchy! French terry material. I’m 5’3 size 6 and it hits mid thigh. Has pockets. The sleeves are a drop sleeve with ruffles. All the same material. It is sooooo so cute and I shouldn’t be selling it cuz I love it but I just never wear it.
