NWOT Flowy Boho Shirt or Coverup

New without tags. Never worn! Beautiful White and Blue patterned flowy shirt. Material is slightly sheer (see photo) but could be worn as either a comfy shirt or as swimsuit cover up. It is list as One Size fits all and it is very, very generous. I am usually a 1X on top and this has plenty of room. Has two thin white straps for an off the shoulder look or elastic at shoulders if you would prefer more coverage. I bought as swimsuit cover up but it is too big. Beautiful blue detail. No material label but feels like light cotton.
