NWOT Floral dress with bell sleeves

Never used Cute navy dress with floral design and bell sleeves. Bought from a local boutique. The front is open and can be tied with strings ending in silver bell shaped pieces. The bottom of the dress flares out to give the dress an all over feminine feel. Zipper in the back. Sizing isn't marked but fits like an XS/S.
