NWOT Floral Maxi Dress

NWOT Floral Maxi Dress, size Large Super cute maxi dress that I purchased at a boutique in the Bay Area and never wore. The material is very lightweight but not see through. It's a high low maxi skirt style. There's a side button and wrap around tie at the side of the dress. The size is large but I feel like this would fit a size 6 or 8.
