NWOT Flared tartan skirt

Super cute skirt looks good with a typo turtleneck oversized sweatshirt you compare it with a lot of things it's very comfortable and soft it zips up in the back with a bra like class at the top it does not stretch at all on the waistband it is a size large it's more like a medium to large. Never been worn still in the packaging
