NWOT Final Touch floral romantic and feminine dress. Has 11 nonfunctional buttons down center front. Has a 16” center slit. There’s a ruching panel on the back. From armpit to armpit measures approx 23” laying flat. From shoulder to bottom hem measures approx 51”. Please note the size is a 3X but please refer to the measurements I provided. I’m a size 16 and normally a XL in tops and I felt like this was only slightly bigger on me. I could just wear a belt to cinch in the waist. Comes from a smoke free home.
