NWOT Faux Suede Lace Up Combat Boots Size 8.5/9 US

NWOT; Ordered a 9, received, Tried on & They were too small. Never worn outside of that Fit more like an 8.5 SUPER CUTE and Comfortable Sole Measures 9.9 inches Lace up and Side Zip Closure for easy pull on and off *there was a tiny blue spot on inner sole liner when I received them. See pic for transparency sake. It doesn't compromise the boot in any way :) Questions/Offers? Please Ask
