NWOT Farm Rio blouse

Gorgeous blouse with smocking at collar and 2 button closure at back with cutout in back. No fabric tag but feel like a rayon. Arms are semi sheer and bodice is lined in a silky black fabric. So cute and signature Farm Rio bright colors No size tag but I’d say it fits a size 4-6. measurements below- Laying flat- Pit to pit 20in Shoulder to hem 22in
