NWOT F21 floral beaded empire waist tie back party dress

Never worn, in perfect condition. Ties at neck to keep straps in place, super flattering empire waist with fuller a line skirt. Waist has really beautiful beading. Material feels satiny or silky; dress is more formal than usual F21 stuff; would be great for weddings. I haven’t had an occasion to wear it, so am forcing myself to say goodbye to make space in my tiny house 😭💔
