Reposhing this item I purchased from @bippity_boppity. Loved it, but need a petite length. I took the tags off but never wore it. It’s a very beautiful peachy pink blush color. Also has pockets and is lined.

jungle_fever Hi, I'm interested in this skirt and have questions: Is this elastic pull-on w/o zipper? Can you please provide the waist measurement (laying flat), I'm in between XS and S for this brand . Thanks!

eastbuck @jungle_fever Hello. The waist I stretched is 13” and fully stretched right around 17 1/2”. The elastic is only on the back half of the waistband of the skirt. You can see it in the last picture. Hope that helps.
