NWOT Express Tropical Top

This top screams vacation! I love it so much I bought it again in medium since the small did not fit me. It looks great with skinny white jeans or white shorts with white wedges. The main color is a light blue with beautiful pink flowers on it. It has an elastic band around the top so it stays put.
