NWOT. Gorgeous, elegant & timeless black cocktail sleeveless dress with ruched bustline and waist. Add a Shoulder Shrug/Bolero and you're set for any and all occasions!!! Size states 26W, closer to 24/26W-4X. Both shell and lining are 100% Polyester. Bought last year from a boutique, sale was $69, original price $138. Unfortunately, I don't have the brand name. Meant to tailor, but never got around to it. Never Worn. Measurements; 23.5" across bustline laying flat 43" long
