The tag shows a drop number, which is the difference between the jacket size and the pant waist, and only occurs on suit jackets, so what you're selling is not a sports jacket, but a suit without its pants.

The Drop is a system for defining the fit of a jacket or suit jacket. Simply put it is the difference between the measurement of the chest and the waist.

You've misread my comment. I'm not looking for an answer, I'm telling you something: the term Drop is only used on full suits, to let the buyer know the waist size of the pants in relation to the jacket size. Your
jacket is a European size 52, a US size 42. A 7 (inch) drop means the pant waist is 35. But you don't have the pants, so you are selling an orphaned suit jacket. Which is fine, just let the folks know.
