NWOT DripDrop Floral Rain boots size 39

Reposhing this beautiful rain boots I purchased from @kitselling. I love them, but they fit me too small. I am usually an 8 1/2 but my toes hit the front of the boots so I have not worn them. Sold without laces. Definitely fit small, I would suggest this for someone size 8. Questions? Leave a comment below!
