NWOT DressLily 3/4 Sleeve Red, Black & White Dress

Super cute cotton dress with striped top, scoop neckline, and solid red bottom with pleated detail at waist. Lightweight, easy to throw on and go! Purchased for a photoshoot and ended up not using it. Only tried it on. Small flaw on waist, see photo. Length from shoulder to hem 44". Did not come with any tags attached, instead arrived in plastic bag packaging with barcode sticker as many online purchases do. So it's essentially NWT :)
