This is such a beautiful shirt! Size XL by Dotti brand. NWOT. Can easily be a shirt dress, with a cute belt and a nice pair of boots, great Fall option! There is a small color transfer around collar part which is strange but maybe when storing it was next to a colored shirt but only a small color transfer as this is new without tags.
