NWOT Dog Life Vest

NWOT Dog Life Vest. Never used but was tried on my dog and taken right off (it was too small for my guy). Has reflective wings that float and a chin cushion to hold their nose above water. Also has a leash buckle. Velcros and snaps on the belly for security. I have attached the measurements chart- this one is a size medium. Perfect condition.
