@posher732 it doesn’t look like it. I’m not sure that this smaller Wade model comes with one...? (I was looking at pictures of the larger Wade for reference, and that seems to have additional pouches, as well as the changing pad.) Although I ended up not using it really at all, I got it to use as a tote, not a diaper bag, so I really can’t speak to its functionality as such. 😬
