NWOT Cynthia Rowley Split Neck Graphic Watercolor Top - M

Silky and stunning short sleeved top with unique graphic watercolor print. Features a split neck and left breast pocket. I only tried this on, so the pocket is still basted shut. There is a small area on the left shoulder where there is a stitching defect as shown in the last two pictures. It is not really noticeable. Measurements (all taken flat): Bust - 19" Waist - 20" Sleeve - 3" Length - 24" My mannequin measures 38" at the bust and 32.25" at the waist.
