NWOT Cute Yellow Tie Dress

This dress is so cute and different. There's an attached only at the back vest part that ties at the front to give this a casual, but classy look. The color is a beautiful soft golden yellow, and the fabric is very light and silky. The dress is also lined. Can be worn with anything from flipflops to heels. Crocheted details on top are beautiful, and the waist is elastic insuring best fit. NEVER BEEN WORN!
