NWOT Crystal Necklace or Brooch

This stunning brooch/pendant is made with quality crystals and sparkles so beautifully. Depending on the light source you can see a variety of colors including purples and greens. The person that gifted this to me said it was made with Swarovski crystals but since I am unsure I’m keeping the price low. New without tags, never worn. (Chain not included)
