So Cute. Purchased from an Etsy Artisan and never worn. I got an olive green and black one as well which I did and still wear. These are fabulous, & this is red and black, not brown as color may depict. Measures unstretched across the waist at 13” with easy stretch to 23” high low hem at 17” to longest at back at 33” Lightweight natural fabric. Super cute with thigh highs, or leggings and booties, short or tall.
