NWOT Cobalt Blue Maxi Layering Slip/Dress Small

Found this in my dress closet however I can’t find the dress. Maxi length with criss cross straps, great for wearing under a maxi dress as a slip for no show through. It is also not sheer. Straps are not adjustable and crisscross in back. No size tag but I always purchased a small. Content care located on inner side towards bottom. Length w straps 52”
