babeka @dyagra hello! It is 24” from waist to hem. I just added a photo of the tag and a close up of the material. It is definitely A-line, so not flat like a pencil skirt.

mavzunasc @babeka thanks for the info! so disappointed! 14 inches for waist is too big for me :(, 13 is my max. I am a bit surprised as I have 2 other skirts by the same brand, same size 0 and the waist is 13 inches on both. Thanks anyway!
