NWOT Classic Black Dress SHORTS Size Small

This is a cute pair of new-without-tags black dress shorts size small. I believe the fabric is rayon. Item pulls on over-the-hips and is elasticized at back of waist with attached ties at front waist. Two front side slash pockets. Approximate unstretched measurements are 24 inches at waist, 40 inches at hips, 13 inches in length, 2 1/4 inch inseam, 10 inch front rise.
