NWOT City Studio short ruffle shoulder dress with pockets

This dress has never been worn - new without tags. I tried it on and it didn’t fit. This dress is GORGEOUS and would look so cute with some tights and black heels - this would make a great Christmas/Holiday dress with layers!!
