NWOT- Chole Cotton Twill Tie Strap Sleeveless

This beautiful Chole cotton twill tie shoulder top is beautiful and chic. Perfect for any occasion. However, i purchased it missing a second strap/sleeve. But it can still be worn as a sleeveless top and still perfect for any outfit. No one would know. Flaw: Missing a second sleeve Missing the chole tag. I thought I saved it. But I can’t find it.
