NWOT tags! childrens sized 12 princess party/formal dress. bought as a gift for niece but it didn't fit.
4 layers: 2 meshy tulle top layers, 1 thicker layer with a sheen type glow. most likely to look like satin. last layer is an underskirt of softer thiner layer.
Unfortunately there is only 1 tag (shown above) so the true fabric is not known. It was purchased long ago so I am not sure exactly where it was purchased from.

@waldo1839 I am not certain. it was purchased as a gift a few Christmas's ago. It seems small for a size 12. My niece should have easily for into it but found it to be too small.
