NWOT, Charlotte Russe Zebra Striped Velvet heels

The heels have a cute ruffle in the front. I never had anywhere to wear them so they are never worn. These are 5 inch heels with a 1 inch platform. There are zippers in the back of the heel which makes them easy to slip on. These could be paired with your favorite black shorts, skirt or jeans.
