NWOT Cece flutter sleeve dress size large

NWOT Cece flutter sleeve dress, bright pink like in the stock photo, super pretty for summer. I bought it, took the tags off, and never wore it . It is a zip closure in the back. I normally wear anywhere from a 12-16 in dresses depending on the make, and this fits perfectly. I have a larger bust and it fits very comfortably.
