New without tags Cat & Jack high top sneakers. Size 8 toddler. Navy blue with gray accents. Has two velcro straps. These would be a great Fall/Winter shoe for a busy toddler. Purchased for my boy, but he grew too fast 🙄. From a smoke-free home.
