NWOT Buffalo by David Bitton cold shoulder top

New condition, never worn. Sheer long sleeve white blouse top with cut out/ cold shoulder style. Lace up front. Front is a double layer so it is lined/ less see- through in the front. Sleeves get a bit wider towards the bottom for a slight bell sleeve. Perfect for summer or vacation. Great with jeans or dresses up.
