NWOT Brooks Brothers Oxford Shirt, Size 12

Reposhing this item I purchased from @crecchion. Loved it, but just didn't fit my chest. Has been dry cleaned. This is a lovely crisp new without tags 100% cotton oxford shirt from Brooks Brothers. It was purchased at one of their stores and it’s in perfect condition except for one issue where the weaving in a small space on the back of the shirt at the bottom is off. Please see the photo provided, the blemish is circled. If the shirt is tucked in you would not even know it was there. Approximate measurements pit to pit flat 21 inches, length 28 inches. Questions?
