NWOT Bridal belt / Wedding dress belt detail

NWOT Sew on to the dress or add ribbon to wear with a wedding gown. The bride got this at a really nice bridal boutique in May but she can't return it. Small business. The wedding's off so we're trying to recover what we can :)
