NWOT- Boutique brand Long top/dress…Salt/Pepper in color

This is a top/dress that my daughter received as a Christmas gift and pulled the tags off, I washed it, laid flat to dry, and has yet to wear it. Would look cute with boots, jeans, or leggings. All measurements are listed in photos.
