NWOT Boutique Tribal Pattern One Shoulder Dress

This is a super cute one shoulder dress that I bought at a boutique ages ago and never got around to wearing. It's by Hot and Delicious and features a bright tribal pattern and comes with a matching belt/sash. It measures 35" from shoulder to hem and has no stains, snags, etc. It would be perfect as a festival dress - you could totally use the belt as a headband and wear a different belt.
