Super cute blouse - brand new. Ordered online so it didn’t come with tags but it is new. I got the wrong size and missed return window. Navy top with white dots. V neck. Material has no stretch. I’m typically a medium but this fits a little big. If you are normally between a medium and large or normally a large, this will be a great fit.
