ugot2bme @poshboutique16 yes it’s bandeau style, it’s more a swim suit cover-up because the zebra print area is semi-sheer. It can be worn as such and still look like a dress due to the style. It does have stretch but not support/lift, and the tie in the middle cinches vertically. I hope this information helps.
