NWOT Blue Strapless Homecoming/Formal Dress

This blue formal dress was only worn once for about three hours, so it's basically brand new. This is excellent for homecoming, a formal dance, wedding, etc. The top part of the dress is dark blue with sequence and all sequence are intact. The bottom is made up of ruffles with the mix of a navy blue and blue/green color. Also, in the top of the dress there's a silicone lining to help keep the dress up which is really nice! Reasonable offers please!!
