NWOT Blue Fairy Costume

NWOT (worn once and not outside of my own home) Blue Fairy Costume Dress. Halter style top with corset laced front. Base is shiny bright blue with black details and ribbons. Has stretchy fasteners to attach to thigh highs if your choosing. Skort is layered with the bottom layer being black in a fishnet style. Top has tiny glitter flower details throughout. Very sexy and flattering. Stretchy. Recommended for sizes 10-14. Can be used for other costumes (I used for sexy Alice in Wonderland). Wings and headpiece not included.
