I’m so sorry for not getting back to you :/ I was just looking at this listing & saw your comment (& my response) & realized I completely forgot to ever check up on that & answer you 🤦‍♀️ My apologies! Thank you for your interest, though & (in the off chance you still are interested) I did just double-check that & it is, indeed “faux suede” or maybe more of a micro-fiber like fabric. It’s slightly soft and fuzzy like a suede but not as thick & leather-like

anmorgan2414 @karikrigsmann (for that reason I mentioned “micro fiber” may in fact be a better way of describing the shell of the coat, rather than faux suede, which I think of as having a sturdier form). Obviously pros & cons to each type of fabric, but bc this is more of a micro-fiber it’s very soft & comfortable and, (perhaps even more relevant), it hangs more like cloth fabric on the body, rather than the somewhat self-supporting shape that leather or suede takes.
