NWOT Black pleated skirt

Never been worn. Really cute black pleated skirt with partial zip and two gold button closure. Measures 15" in waist laying flat. It ended up shipping from Korea I believe so I'm not sure of the exact size. There is no stretch to it. Too small for me 😢
