Black Embroidered neckline unique halter dress stretch smocking in the back. Side Zipper and two button neck closure. Fit and flare style with asymmetrical hem. Like new, no flaws - washed but never worn before it became too small. Size XS: Chest stretches to 32", Waist to 26", and length is 36 - 40".
