🤍🖤NWOT Black and White Striped Long Skirt🖤🤍

Super cute proving simple can be stylish with tiny slits on each side of the bottom of this skirt. Hits about ankle length. Never Worn or Washed. In great condition with elastic band still in place with no wear. Not sure where I thrifted this piece from but it runs small for a medium giving anyone with x small and small sizes the opportunity to fit into as well.
