Black and white scoop neck pencil dress with a peplum at the waist. Cap sleeves. Back zip closure. Size 5. Measurements laid flat: Waist seam at peplum: 13.5 inches Chest front at underarms: 17 inches Hips: 16 inches Length from shoulder seam to bottom hem: 33 inches Length of skirt (black section): 21 inches Length of top (white section): 12 inches Peplum length: 6.5 inches Bought new and tried on but never worn (the waist sits too high for me).
