The circular hat is 11" inches in diameter and sits atop your head an extreme angle. The fascinator is held onto your head with a comfortable black bandeau. This hat is one size fits all. I had purchased this fascinator for my annual trip to the Kentucky Derby, but ended up wearing a different hat instead. So, this hat has never been worn. It comes from a smoke-free home.
