🧡 Black Dressy Skirt

Black skirt has light texture. Zipper & clasp in the back. Belt loops are for a 1/2" wide belt. Content is 100% Polyester. Measurements flat are approximately 16.5" waist & 23" length. Back of skirt has a 6.5" slit still stitched closed. In excellent new condition with NO damage. NWOT (Box C-45)
