NWOT Black Cocktail Dress

This is a black cocktail dress. The dress has straps. It goes into a v neck style for the chest area. The dress has a long design on the right side of the dress to give it a flare. The left side is shorter. The back is completely plain. It ends about mid thigh. I've never worn this dress before. I never had the chance to wear it.
